By registering on the Pmart Foundation platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.

2. Verification

All registrations are subject to review and verification by our admin team. We reserve the right to approve, reject or deactivate any account.

3. Donations

Donors agree that donated items become the property of Pmart Foundation upon collection, to be distributed at our discretion to verified beneficiaries.

4. I-Cards & Certificates

I-Cards and Certificates are issued for identification and appreciation purposes only and must not be used for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.

5. Volunteer Conduct

Volunteers agree to act responsibly and in good faith while performing assigned tasks on behalf of the Foundation.

6. Account Deactivation

We reserve the right to deactivate accounts found violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
